Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • PULSE lifted overturn rates to 86% and cut appeal time 50%.
  • Michael Orefice's Aug. 18, 2025 CRO appointment targets faster sales execution.
  • Wayne Shapley's Feb. 6, 2025 Canada presidency deepens lender and servicing relationships.

What critics are saying

  • A 2026 UCSF billing suit against TSI keeps medical-collections conduct under court scrutiny.
  • The 2017 CFPB consent order still clouds every student-loan and healthcare contract win.
  • If regulators tighten TCPA and FDCPA enforcement, TSI's core collections model loses volume.

What makes Transworld Systems unique

  • DebtNext acquisition on Sept. 15, 2025 pairs collections with recovery software, not staffing alone.
  • PULSE, launched July 10, 2024, automates healthcare denials with proprietary AI workflows.
  • Andrew Budish's Jan. 14, 2026 compliance hire signals regulated-industry discipline.
