Responsibilities:

Manage Day-to-Day Moves, Adds, and Changes:

Oversee and coordinate seating assignments activities for Southern California.
Assist with reconfiguration and furniture requests to meet workplace needs.
Conduct regular audits of seating assignments, office spaces and furniture to ensure accurate floorplans, office cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards.
Manage ticketing request for seating and furniture

Project Move Planning & Management:

Assist with planning, managing, coordinating project moves.
Lead the execution of office and facility relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate logistics, communication, and vendor interaction for smooth moves.
Maintain regular and transparent communication with project stakeholders and Facilities team.
Generate and distribute project progress reports, documentation, and updates.
Required to work off hours to meet project deadlines and accommodate project needs, including nights and weekends.
Manage project budgets and purchase orders

Provide support for company events, including setup, teardown, and logistical coordination.
Provide Support in other functions for the Facilities Operations team as needed
Provide feedback in process improvement

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in workplace project management or a related role. PMP is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and resolution skills, with attention to detail.

US Salary Range

$70,000—$105,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
