I grew up riding ATVs across fields, through forests, and on trails that most people outside the Midwest don't know exist. Minnesota shaped how I ride, how I think about the outdoors, and ultimately why I built RZ Mask in 2010. And the need for proper respiratory protection is just as real as anywhere else in the country. This is the story of Minnesota UTV riding - and why the RZM3 was built for riders like the ones I grew up with. Minnesota's UTV and ATV Riding Culture. Minnesota has one of the most active OHV communities in the United States. The state manages thousands of miles of ATV and UTV trails across state forests, state parks, and designated OHV areas. From the Iron Range in the north to the bluffs of the southeast, from the farmland of the southwest to the lake country of the central region - Minnesota offers riding terrain that is as diverse as any state in the country. When Polaris introduced the Patriot 9R, the goal was clear: create the most responsive and powerful naturally aspirated 2-stroke engine the company had ever built. Designed as a "factory-mod" style powerplant, the Polaris Patriot 9R takes the proven Patriot engine architecture and pushes it further with increased displacement, lighter rotating components, and race-focused engineering.
