You have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or are qualified as an insurance specialist.
You have professional experience as an insurance intermediary.
You use digital sales instruments and digital tools for customer advice.
You have strong communication and sales abilities.
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach and a strong performance orientation.

Responsibilities

You independently lead a BarmeniaGothaer agency as a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code.
You manage an existing customer portfolio, continuously expand it, and acquire new customers for yourself and BarmeniaGothaer.
You serve as a contact person for all provision and insurance matters, using digital tools for software-supported, comprehensive advice to private and corporate customers.
You build your own agency team and support employees and self-employed customer advisers throughout their careers.

Du leitest eigenverantwortlich eine BarmeniaGothaer Agentur als selbstständige*r Handelsvertreter*in nach § 84 HGB
Du betreust einen Kundenbestand, baust diesen stetig aus und begeisterst Neukund*innen für dich und die BarmeniaGothaer
Du bist Ansprechpartner*in in allen Versorgungs- und Versicherungsfragen mit Hilfe von digitalen Tools für eine softwaregestützte, ganzheitliche Beratung deiner Privat- und Firmenkund*innen
Du baust dein eigenes Agenturteam auf und begleitest Mitarbeitende und selbstständige Kundenberater*innen auf ihrem Karriereweg

Qualifikationen

Du hast die Ausbildung der Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen abgeschlossen oder bist Versicherungsfachmann*frau
Kommunikation und Vertrieb sind deine Leidenschaft
Du handelst unternehmerisch und hast eine hohe Leistungsorientierung
Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung als Versicherungsvermittler*in sammeln
Du begeisterst dich für digitale Verkaufsinstrumente und nutzt digitale Tools für das perfekte Kundenerlebnis
