  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in A-Class surfacing design.
  • In-depth understanding of A-Class surfacing design principles, as well as familiarity with relevant technologies and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as CATIA or Siemens NX, and A-Class surfacing software, such as ICEM Surf.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and team management.
  • Strategic thinking ability to make informed decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure that the A-Class surfacing meets customer needs and market requirements.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate conceptual designs with technical requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual success.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies, enabling the company to anticipate industry developments and proactively adapt our surfacing strategies.
