About the Job

Requirements

The worker must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of mixology and basic bar operations is required.
The worker must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
The worker must have strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment.
The worker must be comfortable with cash handling and following cash-handling procedures.
The worker must comply with current health codes and alcohol compliance requirements.
The worker must possess a current New Mexico Alcohol Beverage Control Server and Food Handlers Certificate.
The worker must be able to pass a background check.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
The worker must be able to walk the length of the facility, stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 20 pounds daily, reach and stoop, and perform repetitive eye-hand coordination.
The worker must be able to work outside for some events.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down inventory at the assigned bar or concession stand.
Prepare garnishes and mixers for cocktails and polish barware.
Inventory the assigned bar and concession stand before and after every event using inventory forms.
Handle a cash register that accepts all forms of payment through the Clover point-of-sale system.
Prepare and finalize appropriate inventory and sales closeout sheets.
Ensure that all health codes are followed.
Work with barbacks during events to keep the bar fully stocked.
Serve customers in accordance with Legend Global alcohol policy.
Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills are desired.
