Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent and Moderate of progressively responsible experience understanding the entire SDLC process and designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and debugging during the implementation and enhancement process
  • Prior experience must include Extensive progressively responsible experience gathering requirement analysis, requirement traceability, involved in functional integration, E2E testing and complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Participating in Scrum, requirement gathering, operational issues, offshore coordination, status meetings, business requirement review, design review, automation script writing, testing closure, operational walkthrough, dress rehearsal, production implementation and ensuring project deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of payment life cycle, experience in working different payment types, SDLC. Documenting requirement gaps, design issues, & open defects and following up with project stakeholders and performing design evaluation for new and existing software products
  • Technical & Automation Skills related to Business Analysis Tools, Data Analysis and Automation Technologies involving Cucumber, Selenium, JAVA, Structured Query Language (SQL), Eclipse, Maven & understanding of Cloud based platforms, Microservices & Application Programming Interface (API) & Data feeds
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for the Business users and technology team for all aspects of project delivery
  • Formulate and create Business Requirement documentation, closely working with Business User and Tech Leads/Solution architects
  • Develop business requirement definition, documentation (such as solution briefs, traceability matrix, test strategy document, test cases) and sign-off
  • Support newly identified conceptual designs and newly identified business solution options
  • Resolve functional issues from all testing phases of software development lifecycle
  • Lead QA team and manage end to end functional delivery. Articulate issues and risk to management in a timely manner
  • Design, develop, and deliver complex components of engineering solutions to satisfy changing and diverse business goals from Operations Team, Business Product Team, Upstream/Downstream Application Owners, Risk & Controls Team and Information Technology Deliver team
  • Employ a range of methodological techniques to analyze computer problems and evaluate multiple solutions against engineering, business, and strategic criteria
  • Lead and mentor Offshore & Onsite Testing team, fostering excellence in analysis, communication, and stakeholder management. Create, validate payment messages ISO 20022 (pacs, pain, camt), Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, La Hulpe, Belgium (SWIFT) MT/MX & validate end to end payment flows, other data reconciliations, exception handling and error scenarios. Deliver end to end first-class engineering solutions across a range of technology platforms, while improving delivery standards, working practices, tools, and solutions, and driving adoption of automation tools. Perform functional, integration, regression and E2E testing of payments, Drive test automation strategy for payments platform and continuous improvement in support processes, knowledge base usage, and incident response efficiency

Schneider Electric raises $1.7B through dual-tranche bond offering

Schneider Electric raised €1.5 billion through a dual-tranche bond offering on Thursday. The French group priced an €800 million two-year floating-rate note maturing July 2028 at par with a coupon of three-month Euribor plus 30 basis points. The €700 million seven-year fixed-rate bond due December 2033 was priced at 99.942 to yield 3.386%, 58 basis points over mid-swaps, with a 3.375% annual coupon. Schneider Electric is rated A2 by Moody's and A by S&P, both with stable outlooks. Settlement is scheduled for 1 July 2026. Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, MUFG and Natixis acted as active bookrunners.

ForteBank secures $300M syndicated loan, doubling funding volume with two-year tenor

ForteBank JSC has secured a $300 million syndicated loan with a two-year tenor, nearly doubling the volume from its previous transaction whilst extending maturity. The facility was arranged by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Mashreqbank. The funding will support financing projects in Kazakhstan's real sector. The transaction follows ForteBank's $400 million five-year Eurobond issued in February 2025 and its debut $400 million AT1 perpetual bond from October 2025. The successful deal demonstrates ForteBank's continued access to international funding markets and reflects global financial institutions' confidence in the bank's credit profile and long-term strategy.

Mundys secures $2.3B sustainability-linked credit facility extended to 2030

Mundys has signed an amendment and restatement of its revolving credit facility, securing a €2 billion sustainability-linked financing with extension until July 2030. The transaction aims to strengthen the company's financial structure in line with sustainable growth objectives. The facility was subscribed by a broad pool of Italian and international banks, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BPM, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Oaktree closes $355.8M asset-backed securitisation with North Mill Equipment Finance

North Mill Equipment Finance closed OAKEF 2026-1, a $355.8 million asset-backed securitisation sponsored by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. The transaction was met with strong investor demand, achieving peak subscription levels of approximately 6.3 times. The equipment finance assets collateralising the securitisation were acquired from Midland Equipment Finance in November 2025. The AAA through single A rated offering achieved a weighted average spread of 99 basis points and a weighted average yield of 4.7%. Truist Securities served as lead structuring agent, with Deutsche Bank acting as co-manager. North Mill Equipment Finance will continue as primary servicer for the assets, providing ongoing portfolio management and operational support.
