  • 7+ years of experience designing and delivering large scale L&D programs
  • 5+ years of experience in a program management role within a People/HR team
  • Proven track record in instructional design, facilitation, and delivering on strategy aligned to company strategy
  • Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, measurement strategies, and tools
Responsibilities
  • Consult and build high-trust partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Take a human-centered, iterative design approach to develop engaging learning experiences
  • Design and deliver scalable learning & development solutions
  • Collaboratively partner with Manager Development counterpart, DEI, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners
  • Regularly analyze and report on program outcomes and impact
