Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of development and integration experience with enterprise business and CRM applications including Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Salesforce development utilizing Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Components, API and Omniscripts
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, database transactions, and schema design
  • Experience designing applications utilizing OO concepts, patterns, and methodologies
  • Experience with API integration applications including Tibco Cloud, Swagger, and Open API
  • Experience with HTML, DTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
  • Experience with COM, XML, XSL, SOAP, SOA, REST, and Web Services
  • Experience deploying Salesforce changes with Gearset
  • Experience with Crystal Reports XIII, IIS 10, SharePoint, Visual Source Safe
  • Proven track record of planning, prioritizing, estimating, and delivering tasks/projects on time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Insurance or employee benefit experience is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations, and the business
  • Analyze standard and non-standard business needs, document requirements, and resolve complex system problems
  • Provide application development technical expertise within the project team
  • Collaborate with business staff, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to evaluate project requirements and processes
  • Play a key role in planning, testing, and implementing system enhancements and conversions
  • Ensure system enhancements meet user requirements and are completed in a timely fashion
  • Work hands-on in support/enhancements of existing applications and design/implement new features
  • Perform analytical support of user-reported problems and determine resolution options
  • Create applications according to project timelines
  • Ensure best practices are followed at all times
  • Perform extensive testing to ensure development conforms to functional design specifications
