Requirements
  • Ph.D./M.S. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor with 7+ years of work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building and productionizing end-to-end Machine Learning Systems
  • Deep understanding of ML concepts and algorithms
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, and Scala)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Prefect would be a plus
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change through influence, and collaborate effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excited and hungry to try new tools and processes to achieve results

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance ML infrastructure using modern open-source and third-party solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Developers, and DevOps to ensure smooth development and deployment of ML models
  • Work across data and services to productionize ML models in the engineering stack
  • Establish monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance and detect anomalies
  • Promote the ML best practices in the org
