Oracle RETAIL(MFCS) FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

As an Oracle Retail (MFCS) Functional Consultant need to be responsible for resolving functional issues, ensuring smooth business operations, and maintaining data integrity across Oracle Retail modules. Monitor batch jobs as required, support users, and document processes. During upgrades, support impact analysis, testing, and change management to ensure a seamless transition to the new version.

Support and help maintain the existing Oracle RMS environment coordinating with other team members and business users.

Skills required to contribute:

5+ years of Experience as Oracle Retails (MFCS) Functional Expert 

1. With Oracle Retail application of MFCS (RMS, ReSA & RPM) experience and understanding of RICS & web services
2. Experience in support as well as development project in the domain
3. Experience in support of batches and integration with other systems.
4. Drive end to end solution design and implementation
5. Take initiative to improve solution footprint
6. Hand hold peer team members in delivering change
7. Prepare and executed QA & UAT cases.
8. Handling & resolving integration issues
9. Understanding of tools like - JIRA, POM
10. Prior experience of RMS Upgrade project would be an advantage
