Global Advertising Manager
We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Global Advertising Managers to lead and collaborate with global markets on the brand’s advertising strategy. This role is critical in driving the global advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing our market presence across multiple regions.

The successfulcandidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape, a strong grasp of global market dynamics, and a proven track record in managing large-scale advertising initiatives.
Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaignsthat resonate with diverse audiences across global markets.
Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s global positioning and business objectives
Leverage global market automotive data and analysis toidentify trends, working with in-market teams to implement appropriate advertising tactics to best reach target
Utilize tools to generate actionable insights to refine advertising strategies and messaging thatappeal to specific customer bases
Work closely with diverse in-market teams, product and performance marketing,ad agencies, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective advertising approaches
Ensure that all advertising efforts for assigned categories maintain brand integrity and consistency across different regions and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone
Develop and manage global advertising resources, ensuring efficient allocation across markets and channels
Global advertising advocate that champions the needs of the regions, socializes best practices and monitors ROAI
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive advertising, introduce innovative approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry
Provide leadership and guidance to regional advertising teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advertising/marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional role within the automotive industry or a similarly dynamic industry
Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-market advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional advertising channels
Prior leadership experience, effective communicator, and strong project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Experience in cross-cultural communication and a strong understanding of global market nuances.
