Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advertising/marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional role within the automotive industry or a similarly dynamic industry
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-market advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional advertising channels
  • Prior leadership experience, effective communicator, and strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in cross-cultural communication and a strong understanding of global market nuances.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across global markets.
  • Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s global positioning and business objectives
  • Leverage global market automotive data and analysis to identify trends, working with in-market teams to implement appropriate advertising tactics to best reach target
  • Utilize tools to generate actionable insights to refine advertising strategies and messaging that appeal to specific customer bases
  • Work closely with diverse in-market teams, product and performance marketing, ad agencies, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective advertising approaches
  • Ensure that all advertising efforts for assigned categories maintain brand integrity and consistency across different regions and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone
  • Develop and manage global advertising resources, ensuring efficient allocation across markets and channels
  • Global advertising advocate that champions the needs of the regions, socializes best practices and monitors ROAI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive advertising, introduce innovative approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional advertising teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
