Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with a strong background in sales methodologies and best practices, especially value-based selling.

Responsibilities
  • Align enablement efforts for the new business sales teams, focusing on Value Selling and ensuring resources and support are available.
  • Lead the creation and management of onboarding and continuous learning pathways (including product certifications) that drive productivity and engagement.
  • Develop, organize, and update sales enablement resources such as playbooks, product guides, and competitive insights to align with corporate goals.
  • Provide training on sales enablement tools and optimize their use, including Gong.io.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor success and refine programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Continuously innovate and improve enablement programs by integrating AI and staying informed on industry trends.
  • Ensure behavioral changes within the sales team align with business objectives and promote adoption of key initiatives.
  • Review sales presentations and recordings, providing feedback for process improvement and working closely with sales VPs for individual and team feedback.
