XTL appoints Mérany Khun as president. XTL Transport has appointed Mérany Khun as president of the XTL Group of Companies as part of an executive leadership transition aimed at supporting continued growth. Khun joined XTL in 2019 as vice president of finance and was promoted to chief financial officer the following year. The company said she has played a key role in strengthening financial performance and supporting long-term strategic expansion. Founder Serge Gagnon will remain actively involved as chief executive officer, continuing to oversee corporate strategy and direction, XTL said in an announcement.
