Integrity, a distributor of life and health insurance and wealth management solutions, has appointed Christopher Cassidy as Senior Vice President of Integrity Wealth. Cassidy will report to Craig Walling, President of Integrity Wealth, to lead growth strategy for the company's holistic life, health and wealth business model. Cassidy brings extensive wealth management experience from senior roles at LPL Financial, Wells Fargo Private Wealth and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At LPL Financial, he served as Senior Vice President of the Institutional Division, forging enterprise partnerships and integrating new advisors post-acquisition. At Wells Fargo, he led the Private Wealth division's Southwest region. Integrity Wealth currently manages over $55 billion under management and advisement, offering advisors technology, support and guidance through its integrated platform.
Integrity, a US life and health insurance distributor, has appointed Ryan Kocher as senior vice president of Medicare Advantage for Integrity Health. Kocher brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to oversee the company's Medicare market position. Kocher joins from The Cigna Group, where he spent more than two decades in progressive executive roles. Most recently, he served as chief growth officer of Cigna's Medicare business, leading 800 employees and overseeing sales, marketing, analytics and customer experience nationwide. He also led record-breaking growth initiatives for Group Medicare and Supplemental Benefits businesses. In his new role, Kocher will manage carrier partnerships, streamline operations, expand Integrity's health product portfolio and lead collaboration on Medicare strategy development.
