Requirements

  • Experience with Node.js, React, and other frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs (preferred), RPC, or GraphQL.
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB and RDS.

  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Support technical leadership in defining, monitoring, and evolving metrics that ensure system and product reliability, in partnership with SRE.
  • Continuously seek innovation by researching new technologies, proposing improvements, developing prototypes, and encouraging adoption where appropriate.
  • Help establish technical standards that promote quality, consistency, and security across the team.
  • Work collaboratively with different squads and company areas to achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge exchange, feedback, and celebration of achievements.
  • Support the development of healthy teams by participating in rituals and strengthening engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Flash's architecture using concepts such as Clean Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions with technical excellence and high code quality.
  • Contribute to the architecture and integration of scalable systems.
  • Act as a technical reference, supporting the development of other team members through code reviews, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Create, monitor, and evolve quality, performance, and SLA metrics.
  • Lead technical discussions, promote innovation, and define technology standards.
  • Collaborate with other senior developers in evolving Flash's solutions.
  • Participate in team-building initiatives and strengthen a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge-sharing.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NestJS.
  • Knowledge of React Native.
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture.
  • Knowledge of scalable microservices development.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
