What believers are saying

  • 2026 career postings show active hiring across seven aerospace specialties, including cybersecurity and I&T.
  • Recent contract and clearance-required roles indicate ongoing demand from confidential aerospace customers.
  • Website updates in September 2026 emphasize flight-proven systems and mission support, reinforcing sales momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Open roles for contract GNC and embedded engineers signal project-driven revenue and utilization risk.
  • Dependence on U.S. government security-clearance hiring restricts talent supply and slows scaling.
  • Defense services firms can disappear if major client programs end or insource technical teams.

What makes SET Development unique
