Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing with knowledge of Meta platforms Facebook & Instagram
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications
Responsibilities
  • Partner with channel team and agency for planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, following outlined process and flagging areas for potential process improvements
  • Scope future tests with Meta team and channel team, thinking through the highest leverage ways to structure tests to achieve most valuable results, including: creative testing, audience testing, new placements, etc.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute Meta strategies end to end
  • Partner with QA associate to maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure following well managed processes
  • “Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
  • Create creative briefs to enform upcoming tests and maintain channel creative library
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
  • Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as partners across the enterprise
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel / Google Sheets + familiarity with common performance marketing metrics
  • Strong ability to create presentations and clearly communicate through PowerPoint/Google slides
