The shares were sold at a weighted-average price of $79.19 under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. Following the sale, Nithrakashyap holds 293,293 shares directly. The Nithrakashyap/Chatterjee Revocable Trust indirectly holds 200,000 Class B shares, and the executive holds 10.1 million derivative securities in his direct account. Rubrik has a market capitalisation of $21.6 billion. For the trailing 12 months, the company reported revenue of $1.4 billion and a net loss of $288 million. The stock delivered a total return of -12.5% over the year preceding the transaction.
