- Identify coverage needs using risk pockets, control-point results, projects, organizational changes, and clarification of responsibility scope.
- Support business teams in modeling their processes and procedures.
- Contribute to controlling and improving company performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving methods.
- Coordinate topics related to regulatory matters, permanent control, risks, and internal audit.
- Cultivate and promote a customer-focused and continuous-improvement culture within the company.
