  • Maximize net retention rate and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationships and data integrity
  • Hire, motivate, mentor, and retain Account Management talent
  • Provide focus and prioritization for the team
  • Create a high-performance work environment
  • Collaborate with key management and staff in lateral departments
  • Act as point of escalation for high-priority customer service issues
  • Maintain a customer-centric work environment
  • Assist in identifying opportunities, growth, and issues for customers
