Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in a B2B SaaS business
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing, and qualification processes, particularly in SaaS businesses with self-serve engines
  • Deep expertise in data analysis and marketing automation tools with hands-on experience in Hubspot and Salesforce
  • High level of proficiency in g-suite, especially Sheets and Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A strong understanding of the AI meeting assistant landscape and its competitors would be preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing driven revenue pipeline and drive full-funnel marketing in collaboration with the sales team
  • Partner with the sales teams especially SDR to develop outbound plays to complement our inbound marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand gen marketing strategy and execution plan aligned with our overall business objectives and ROI targets
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel B2B focused demand generation campaigns, including paid media, outbound email, content marketing, webinars, events, and social media engagement that result in meetings booked for the sales team
  • Leverage Otter.ai’s robust self-serve user base to identify and generate high-quality PQLs (product-qualified leads) through data analysis and targeted lifecycle campaigns, working closely with analytics and our lifecycle marketing manager
  • Develop and manage relationships with key B2B industry influencers, analysts, and partners to expand our reach
  • Own and drive our meetings booked KPI, ensuring we consistently hit our aggressive targets through optimized inbound efforts and dramatically expanding our outbound efforts
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with Data and Finance team to improve attribution, forecast, and report on ROI, and communicate results to leadership
  • Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape, exploring and implementing innovative strategies
