Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire internal legal function, including strategy and execution for employee relations, contracts, public policy, securities, IP, and litigation.
  • Staff and oversee a team of top-tier talent.
  • Manage and own the department’s P&L.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to protect the industry from fraud.
  • Act as internal securities law and corporate governance subject matter expert and advise executive members accordingly.
