Senior Corporate Pension Consultant & Investment Specialist
About the job
- Relevant professional experience in the investment process for German investors, such as CTA or pension funds, including asset-liability management, mandate implementation, and risk management.
- Interest in different implementation routes for German occupational pensions; deeper knowledge is advantageous.
- Understanding of accounting and tax frameworks for German occupational pensions and institutional investments, including special funds, accounting for pension obligations, and pension security association contributions.
- Experience with supervisory law and its influence on investments is advantageous.
- Interest in advising and jointly addressing future-oriented challenges in institutional investors’ investment activities.
- An established network among institutional pension investors.
- Experience in project management.
- Consulting and sales affinity, with a confident manner.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team.
- Advise on strategy combining capital markets and corporate balance-sheet optimization in the occupational pension environment.
- Provide flexible consulting across the solution portfolio, including buy-in, buy-out, contractual trust arrangements, pension funds, and combined solutions.
- Develop and sell new consulting approaches across the corporate occupational pension investment process, including strategy, governance, implementation, and execution.
- Lead and expand existing client relationships in the corporate segment.
