Responsibilities
Act as a technical and implementation resource for assigned projects and maintain effective relationships with design, project, and client teams.
Guide Superintendents and Project Managers on field locations for pipe systems, hangers, sleeves, underground piping, and other items.
Operate Trimble total stations.
Understand job specifications, schedules, and construction sequencing.
Perform possible CADD work involving placement of Trimble points.
Keep the Trimble Manager informed about site activities.
Maintain and file job records in organized folders.
Provide as-built points and DWG files to coordination.
Provide Superintendents with field locations for designated points.
Use knowledge of machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and physical sciences to complete drawings.
Make necessary or requested adjustments and changes.
Use CADD equipment and software, including Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
Job Summary:

Uses computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) equipment and software – Revit, AutoCAD MEP.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
