Requirements
  • Hotel or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Culinary school graduates, students, and interns are welcome to apply.
  • Basic conversational English and Japanese are needed.
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness.
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
