  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with vendors and courts. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners in managing and resolving issues.
  • Negotiate, implement, and monitor contracts to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and performance standards.
  • Regularly assess vendor and court performance against contracted agreements and quality standards. Initiate corrective actions and improvements as needed.
  • Conduct QBRs to review vendor performance and discuss strategic plans. Ensure vendor alignment with Checkr’s goals and Supply Chain mission.
  • Own the incident response process for any vendor-related issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact and prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide necessary court support, ensuring innovations are well-informed and practically applicable.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain and other teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing vendor partnership value.

  • Experience in the technology or background check industry, a plus
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting procurement and vendor contracts, a plus
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management software and tools, a plus
