Junior Project Engineer
About the job
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent education is required.
- At least 3–4 years of formwork experience with international formwork systems is required.
- Knowledge of Doka Formwork Systems is advantageous.
- Outstanding skills in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, Revit, and Inventor are advantageous.
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Office are required.
- Well-developed analytical skills and technical proficiency are required.
- Excellent proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills with concise and clear communication to multiple stakeholders, including clients, are required.
- The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
- The candidate must be able to work in a team environment on standard and major projects.
- The candidate must be willing to travel and remain mobile.
- Provide AutoCAD drawings using Doka Formwork systems during the proposal stage and finalize working drawings for actual jobsites relating to construction projects across Doka’s export market.
- Prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
- Provide material lists for quotations to the Sales and Operations departments for shipments to the site.
- Ensure drawings indicate the proper use of Doka forming equipment and represent safe, economical, and efficient designs.
- Analyze and perform design and pricing calculations as required.
- Visit jobsites and customers whenever required.
- Perform other official duties as assigned by Management.
- Knowledge of Doka Formwork Systems.
- Outstanding skills in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, Revit, and Inventor.
