What believers are saying

  • Paul Gallant joined as CPO on August 6, 2026, strengthening product execution.
  • Versana closed a $43 million round on April 30, 2026, led by BNP Paribas.
  • Revelio Labs counted 108 employees in March 2026, up 193.3% since 2023.

What critics are saying

  • Europe expansion depends on Barclays’ 2027 deal onboarding, delaying revenue conversion.

  • If banks stop feeding golden-source data, Versana's transparency moat collapses and churn spikes.

  • By July 2026, Barclays and J.P. Morgan had live integrations on Versana.
  • Its platform covered over $4.3 trillion in active commitments after the April 2026 raise.

Versana and Allvue partner.

Versana and Allvue partner. 20 October 2026 US Reporter: Madison Hendrickson Versana, an enterprise data and digital infrastructure company for broadly syndicated loans (BSL) and private credit markets, and Allvue Systems, a technology provider for private capital markets, have partnered. By connecting Versana's centralised digital data platform with Allvue's trade order management and investment accounting solutions, the firms aim to transform interoperability and scalability across the US$9 trillion BSL and private credit markets. The firms say for the first time, mutual clients will benefit from straight-through processing using Versana's golden-source agent loan data fed directly into Allvue's investment accounting system resulting in streamlined workflows and reduced costs. Further, they explain that through the partnership mutual clients will receive the most up-to-date visibility into their net positions and risk from Allvue's Trade Order Management system delivering real-time executed trade data to Versana upon client direction. According to the firms, the collaboration brings together real-time automation of position-impacting events across the post-loan transaction lifecycle and they aim to reduce the loan market's reliance on fragmented processes. Paul Gallant, chief product officer at Versana, comments: "By combining our real-time, golden-source loan transaction data with Allvue's executed trade data, we're giving asset managers better visibility into their net portfolio positions, resulting in superior portfolio management and trading decisions." Ivan Latanision, chief product officer at Allvue Systems, adds: "By making Versana's data directly available within our investment accounting workflows, we're providing clients with a more seamless way to access trusted loan data while reducing the operational complexity of managing loan portfolios." Versana Loan Voting live with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America leading.

Versana Loan Voting live with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America leading. October 5, 2026 @ 1:02 pm By JD Alois Versana says its Loan Voting platform is now live. The digital offering has earned support from top banks, including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America. The loan voting platform is designed to facilitate efficient amendments for broadly syndicated loan (BSL) and private credit markets. The goal is to serve the $9 trillion loan asset class largely driven by refinancings, repricings, maturity extensions, or restructurings. Cynthia Sachs, founding CEO of Versana, says growth in loan issuance and the number of buy-side lenders have driven amendment volumes up dramatically, while infrastructure has fallen behind. "We are transforming loan voting execution by enabling control, transparency and speed for agents while delivering greater position accuracy, visibility and confidence for lenders." Via Versana Loan Voting, lenders may receive automated reminders for faster response times, and asset managers can seamlessly add new funds and digitally submit votes. Joseph Ferraiolo, Head of Debt Capital Markets Operations & Merchant Bank Policy at JP Morgan, says the tech will help them move faster for borrowers. Versana says the new release arrives at a time of growing momentum for the firm as it recently integrated Barclays' agented BSL deals and raised $43 million. Sponsored Links by DQ Promote

Versana launches digital loan voting platform with $4.8T in commitments, backed by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley

Versana has launched its Loan Voting platform, a digital solution designed to automate amendment voting in the broadly syndicated loan and private credit markets. Five top agent banks have subscribed, with J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America leading the rollout. Versana Loan Voting brings these workflows onto a single platform, enabling agents to track voting results in real time whilst providing lenders with automated reminders and self-service capabilities. The launch follows Versana's recent $43 million capital raise. The company now has coverage of over 11,000 facilities and $4.8 trillion in active commitments across the $9 trillion loan market.
