A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field is required.
At least 2 years of fashion-industry experience as an Assistant or Associate is required.
Excellent Excel skills are required.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail, are required.
Strategic thinking, persuasiveness, and collaboration are required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, is required.
Responsibilities
Check and oversee tech packs for all details throughout the season.
Facilitate uploading tech packs, including spec pages and artwork, for sourcing.
Ensure all production package requests are processed accurately and on time.
Meet deadlines in accordance with the design calendar.
Work directly with Design, Technical, and Sourcing on seasonal style specifications.
Maintain design standards across specified brands.
Attend and participate in fittings, ensure changes and updates are made to tech packs, and communicate them to Sourcing and overseas offices.
Resolve pre-production and production issues with Design and Sourcing, Production, PA, and TD to ensure design intent is met.
Manage daily communications with overseas offices and factories and expedite issue resolutions concisely and promptly.
Communicate and confirm style updates and changes to the Sourcing Team.
Coordinate additional materials needed for Production.
Communicate workload, develop solutions, and escalate issues.
Attend and participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Complete special projects as assigned.

Overview:
The Design Operations Associate will work closely with cross functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate workflow across all brands.
Key Accountabilities:
Check and oversee tech packs for all details throughout the season

Manage daily communication with Overseas Offices/Factories and expedite resolutions to issues in a concise and timely manner
Communicate and confirm updates/changes to styles to Souring Team
Coordinate any additional materials needed for Production
Communicate on workload, solve for solutions, and elevate issues
Attend and participate in Daily Team meetings and Training sessions
Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or related field
2+ years of experience in the fashion industry as an Assistant or Associate
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative
