- Bilingual Spanish is required.

- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and interact with a wide variety of individuals to provide optimal patient care.
- Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services in accordance with local and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently.
- Provide compassionate and attentive customer service.
- Answer telephones promptly and courteously.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and ring sales accurately.
- Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and urgency during phone and on-site interactions.
- Complete tasks in an organized, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Think and act proactively.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
