About the Job

Requirements

Graduated at minimum from SMK or SMU.
Fresh graduates are eligible; 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly work experience is preferred.
Preferably understand and speak English at least passively.
Able to operate a PC, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Willing to work on the production floor for extended periods.
Willing to work rotating shifts and perform shift operations while standing.
Willing to work in the Lippo Cikarang area.

Responsibilities

Prepare the production process, including completing daily 5S activities before setup and keeping the work area clean, safe, and orderly.
Warm up machines, conduct startup checks, and verify the master sample before production begins.
Provide and complete production and maintenance forms or operational records.
Prepare production supplies and sub-materials for production runs.
Attend daily briefings with production staff.
Support the Production Leader in routine preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure effective use of machines and equipment during production processing hours.
Meet output and cycle-time targets each shift.
Keep equipment in good condition to reduce unplanned breakdowns.
Support changeover preparation activities at the workstation.
Reduce production scrap, especially scrap caused by product damage.
Maintain the target of zero customer claims and preserve product quality during production.
Follow work instructions, production procedures, and company rules and policies.
Participate in training activities according to the training plan, skill matrix, evaluation tests, blind tests, and other requirements.
Conduct process training to increase competency.
Operate production equipment safely and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
Identify and immediately report unsafe operations to the Supervisor.

Preferably be proactive, work well in a team and independently, and work under pressure.
Fast learner with a mature attitude and attention to detail.

Job Description

Preparing Production process

Daily 5S activity before Setup production process and maintain the work area keep clean, safe and clarify.
Perform Warming up machine, start up Checking, and verification master sample before Production running
Provide and filling out production and maintenance form / record for Operation
Prepare production supplies and sub materials for running production
Follow daily briefing with all production staff
Support Production Leader to perform Routine Preventive Maintenance activities

Productivitiy & OEE

Keep effective machine and equipment for production processing hour are used.
Keep target output and cycle time shiftly
Ensure that equipment are maintained in good to reduce unplanned Breakdown
Support Preparation Change Over Activities in work station

Quality

Reduce production scrap ratio especially cause production damage
Keep target Zero Customer Claim
Keep quality condition during production.
Follow Working Instruction, Production Procedure, and company rules / policies

Skill Up Grade Production

Following Training activity according to Training Plan, Qualification skill matrix, Evaluation test, Blind Test and others
Process training to increase competency

Keep Safety Condition

Operating equipment safely for production processing.
Ensure that equipment are in good condition and safe working condition.
Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.

Qualifications

Graduated minimum from SMK or SMU
Fresh Graduate or preferred have 1 - 2 year work experience in manufacturing assembly
Preferably attractive, good health, proactive, good team work, able to work independently and under pressure
Preferably understand and speak English minimum passive
Able to operate PC ( Ms word / Ms Excel)
Fast learner, mature with nice attitude and detail oriented person
Willing to be assigned work on field (Production) for extended period
Willing work following shift schedule and Rotation
Willing work in shift operation and work with standing method
Willing to work on Lippo Cikarang area
