Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years and less than 8 years of experience in information resources.
  • Experience in business analysis, delivery support, or digital projects.
  • Ability to write clearly in French.
  • Progressive autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
  • Good listening, synthesis, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
  • Experience facilitating or supporting the facilitation of workshops.
  • Experience tracking requests, decisions, and issues.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or a comparable tool.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in collecting and documenting business requirements.
  • Support the analysis of processes, pain points, and operational objectives.
  • Write or update user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
  • Document decisions, issues, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support the prioritization and clarification of requests.
  • Contribute to validating delivered solutions.
  • Rigorously track assigned items.

  • Interest in Web application projects and Agile methods.
  • Experience with a Web platform.
  • Knowledge of user experience or user journeys.
  • Experience in Agile.
