ZoomInfo integrates GTM.AI context layer into Nooks AI sales dialer

ZoomInfo has built a two-way integration with Nooks AI, bringing its B2B intelligence into the Nooks parallel dialer and feeding engagement signals back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio Audiences. The integration is powered by GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer. Mutual customers can now access ZoomInfo's verified contact and account data, including phone numbers and intent signals, directly within the Nooks dialer through a native connector. Conversely, Nooks engagement data, such as call attempts and conversation outcomes, flows back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio through a Custom Data Connector. The integration addresses B2B data decay, where approximately 70% of contact data becomes stale annually. GTM.AI enables consistent governance and access control across both platforms and dozens of other integrations. The solution is now generally available to mutual customers.
