- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in the Health Plans, Life Sciences, or Provider areas is required.
- Prior consulting experience is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, if necessary, is required.
- Lead client engagements, rally stakeholders, secure buy-in for solutions, and ensure deliverables are produced on time and with high quality.
- Prepare presentations and documentation, and communicate project status, issues, and risks to leadership.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and articulate and negotiate the business case for service offerings.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Manage engagement risk, budgets, and resources in collaboration with the firm and clients.
- Mentor and coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and support talent attraction and retention.
- Create and evolve relationships with professionals at every level.
- A master's degree in healthcare is highly preferred.
- An MBA is highly preferred.
- Industry experience combined with consulting experience at the manager level or above is advantageous.
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
