  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authority to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales, and go-to-market teams to understand customer needs, develop proposals, craft request for proposal and request for information responses, deliver tailored presentations, and articulate solution value and return on investment.
  • Lead discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements, identify pain points, and align tailored solutions.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations, answer technical inquiries, and support proof-of-concept or trial engagements.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops with customers and partners, architect scalable software-as-a-service and cloud solutions, define data, cloud, and integration strategies, and prepare technical documentation and proposals.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments, evaluate risks, costs, and schedules, and advise project teams on implementation strategies.
  • Bridge communication between product, engineering, and client teams to ensure alignment, escalate technical concerns, and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  • Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, serve as a strategic advisor, uncover expansion and upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Guide customers through technical onboarding, integration, performance optimization, and security reviews; support pre-sales and post-sales phases; provide technical training and enablement; and provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training materials, playbooks, best-practice guides, and white papers.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership presentations and position papers, represent the company at industry events and webinars, and participate in beta tests, pilot programs, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor solution adoption and post-implementation performance, assess adoption and performance with the broader organization, analyze results, measure return on investment, and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to position solutions effectively and highlight differentiators.
