  • Proven experience leading AI initiatives in a product, research, or consultancy environment.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the AI roadmap for Utility, including both client-facing solutions and internal innovation.
  • Work closely with product and engineering leads to design, prototype, and deploy AI systems that enhance product functionality and deliver measurable value.
  • Oversee research into emerging AI models, frameworks, and best practices, translating new capabilities into actionable product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business development and client strategy teams to identify and scope AI-driven opportunities, and articulate a clear value proposition for our clients.
  • Build and mentor a team of AI engineers, researchers, and applied data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for AI ethics, responsible deployment, and transparency in our work.
  • Represent Utility externally as a thought leader in AI through speaking engagements, articles, and client advisory sessions.
