Responsibilities
  • Report to the Executive Director of Campus Life and, through that role, the Vice Rector for Education and Student Experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and environment that adds value to the overall Student Experience.
  • Provide customer service to students, internal institutional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Process expenses and invoices with providers and the accounting department.
  • Support logistics for activities and events, particularly in the IE Tower, coordinating with the IE Maintenance team.
  • Determine and analyze problems that arise and offer solutions when necessary.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the Student Experience network, policies, procedures, and offerings.
  • Oversee planning of Campus Life meetings and team-building activities.
  • Handle IE Connects reimbursements and budget requests through internal platforms.
  • Lead the database transformation project by compiling and updating databases.
  • Contribute to preparing and editing internal reports by leading data analytics and metrics for the Campus Life team.
  • Prepare courier packages and arrange their collection.
  • Manage bookings and expenses for events and activities requiring travel outside Madrid.
  • Support improvement of the IE Connects Platform, specifically the Student Community space.
  • Support hospitality initiatives for new students, including information sessions, focus groups, volunteer groups, surveys, and welcome kits when applicable.
  • Check and approve events created by Student Clubs in the IE Connects system when necessary.
  • Confer with Management about concerns regarding the use of IE Student Experience services and assets, particularly coherent messaging and communication.
  • Assist with occasional weekend community events on campus.
