Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing multifamily projects.
- Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
- A professional architecture license is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager for 3–5 clients.
- Lead project teams of 3–5 staff across multiple project types.
- Manage project scope, fees, schedules, profitability, and collections.
- Mentor staff and support their growth, training, and promotion readiness.
- Participate in proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
Desired Qualifications
- A California architecture license is preferred.
