Requirements
  • Be enrolled in or have recently graduated from an ABA Master's program.
  • Have completed at least 600 practicum hours.
  • Hold RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Hold SafetyCare certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Be comfortable working independently in home-based settings.
  • Be willing to travel locally.
Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and competency-based training for new RBTs.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching, modeling, and feedback in home settings.
  • Step into sessions to support staff with higher-needs clients or challenging behaviors.
  • Assist with in-person observations and data collection for assessments.
  • Help maintain treatment integrity and reduce drift in implementation.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs on implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide direct care coverage for up to approximately 20 hours per week to reduce cancellations.
  • Identify training or support gaps and help address them proactively.
