Requirements
  • The associate must be able to sit, reach overhead and at arm’s length, bend, climb, kneel, stand, squat, walk on flat surfaces, change position, lift up to 30 pounds, and handle and carry a 2-pound device for a prolonged period.
  • The associate may be required to count reserve stock in coolers and freezers.
  • The associate must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The associate must have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The associate must be able to work independently while following directions.
  • The associate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, and must keep the license and insurance information current.
  • The associate must have daily access to a desktop or laptop with internet access at home.
Responsibilities
  • Travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores to collect observational data about product placement and inventory information.
  • Walk and stand on the sales floor for most of the workday while using a handheld device to scan products.
  • Complete assigned work within specified deadlines after initial one-on-one training.
  • Perform other job-related tasks and follow job-related instructions as directed by management.
