  • Bachelors + 6-8 Yrs relevant experience; product management experience strongly preferred
  • BS/BA in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MBA or additional business class credits beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Oversee products during full lifecycle to achieve profitable growth for Xylem through P&L accountability
  • Define commercial strategies in partnership with Xylem Strategy and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and solution positioning for various channels or markets based on portfolio performance
  • Analyze financial performance of portfolio and develop action plans to address performance gaps with commercial cross-functional teams
  • Research competitors to maintain awareness of existing and new opportunities and threats in current or adjacent applications or markets
  • Proactively interact with customers by planning and gathering VOC and future product needs to ensure product differentiation and commercial success for Xylem
  • Attend industry events or tradeshows as needed to represent Xylem and corresponding products
  • Support Sales through creation of tools or technical product content as needed for customer opportunities or nurturing
  • Create and/or conduct training for internal teams on products or solutions as the subject matter expert within the organization
  • Manage business requirements and act as Product Strategy SME for matrix partners inside and outside of the organization
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization need
