Looking for an active, engaging job with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance? Please Assist Me (PAM) is a fast-growing, apartment task service seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Package Room and Delivery Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will help manage apartment package rooms and support warehouse operations to ensure packages are accurately processed, organized, and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, follow instructions, maintain an organized workspace, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Package Room Management

• Receive and log incoming packages into the designated tracking system.
• Organize and maintain package rooms to ensure packages are stored safely and efficiently.
• Deliver packages to residents’ units when required.
• Assist residents with locating and retrieving their packages.
• Ensure packages are accurately tracked and handled according to company procedures.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

• Receive, sort, organize, and store incoming packages and inventory.
• Pick, scan, and prepare packages for distribution and delivery.
• Load and unload packages and move items between designated areas.
• Use scanners, carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move and track packages.
• Follow instructions displayed on screens or provided by supervisors.
• Identify and report package discrepancies, damaged items, and operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and package room.
• Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Teamwork & Daily Operations

• Follow verbal and written instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Manage time efficiently and follow assigned schedules and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and operational needs.
• Communicate concerns promptly and contribute to a positive, accountable team environment.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous warehouse, package handling, logistics, inventory, or delivery experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing work thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to follow established schedules.
• Willingness to adapt to changing routines and operational needs.
• Ability to use basic technology, scanners, and package tracking systems, with training provided as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds and push or move heavier loads using appropriate equipment, as required.
• Commitment to following workplace safety, package handling, and quality standards.

Schedule & Availability 

• Must be available from 9am - 9pm hours each day on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday and 2-7pm on Wednesday OR 9am - 9pm hours each day on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and 12-4 on Sunday. To be determined after interview.
• Must be flexible to cover rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and additional hours when operationally necessary.
• Specific working hours will be assigned based on business needs.
