About the job
- Hold a Bac+2/3 diploma in payroll or accounting.
- Have basic knowledge of employment law and mastery of payroll techniques.
- Have at least two years of payroll experience.
- Be able to organize work to meet deadlines and due dates.
- Be able to work as part of a team and provide support within a group.
- Manage the entire payroll process, from collecting variable compensation elements through preparing social declarations and handling social-administration tasks from employee entry to departure.
- Manage relationships with external organizations, including provident-insurance organizations and URSSAF.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, advising and supporting them with their day-to-day issues, and support accounting employees and colleagues from other firm departments.
- Consider client requests and expectations, prioritize their needs, and assist them during audits by social organizations.
- Experience with Silae payroll software is a plus.
- Personal rigor, high standards for service quality, and interpersonal skills.
