About the company

Acts provides IT technical services for homes and businesses, handling computer, network, and electronics needs. It designs new installations, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment, offering services on-site or via pick-up and return. It also recycles outdated or broken equipment. The process typically starts with assessing the client’s needs, then designing and installing solutions or performing repairs, with options for on-site work or convenient pick-up/return, and ends with equipment recycling when appropriate. Acts differentiates itself by serving both residential and commercial clients, offering flexible service delivery (on-site or pickup), and providing recycling as part of its offering, along with free estimates. Its main goal is to provide accessible IT support while promoting responsible disposal of old hardware.
