Administrative Assistant

The Role

• Help with timekeeping and bi-weekly payroll submissions for the dining team
• Track and enter catering and special-event orders
• Help with inventory counts and keep records up to date
• Answer phones and email, and route questions to the right person
• Keep files, schedules and compliance paperwork neat and current
• Keep office and areas clean and organized
• Support the manager with reports and other admin work as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

What You Bring

• 1+ year of office, admin or clerical experience (food service or campus experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and basic data entry
• Detail-oriented and able to manage a few tasks at once
• Friendly and professional with students, staff and vendors
• Reliable: when you’re on the schedule, we count on you
• High school diploma or equivalent

This position is part-time, about 20hrs/week.
