Requirements
  • 6-8+ years of progressive, professional experience, with a combination of selling, product marketing, sales management, learning & development, and enablement experience preferred
  • Experience in a multi-product HR Technology company is strongly preferred, specifically in HRIS and payroll technology
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver fully executed programs and resources that resonate with target audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating engaging, impactful training sessions for groups ranging from small and cohesive to large and multifunctional
  • Impeccable organization and prioritization skills to accommodate multiple projects and programs
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams and levels to build alignment, get buy-in, and drive decision-making
  • A collaborative and enthusiastic spirit
  • A strong bias for action
  • Fluency in GTM business metrics, and ability to leverage them in order to pursue project, program effectiveness, and team goals
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, build, and deliver compelling enablement for a distributed hybrid team that’s bringing Lattice’s multi-product HR Tech platform (Lattice HRIS, Payroll & Talent Suite) to market
  • Partner with GTM leaders, front-line managers, reps and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address GTM roadblocks
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM teams are well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators
  • Develop and deliver Product Enablement programs to ensure the GTM teams thoroughly understand product updates and can effectively communicate value to customers
  • Connect dots across the business to create clarity in inherently ambiguous situations and translate complex information into actionable insights
  • Define success metrics, then monitor and report on the effectiveness of Enablement initiatives to ensure they contribute to the overall success of the GTM strategy
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs (think interactive workshops, bite-sized online modules, and ongoing coaching)
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the GTM Enablement team, leveraging diverse strengths skillsets to achieve shared goals
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in sales enablement
