In this role, you will be a trusted partner and consultant to our Go-to-Market (GTM) Leaders and Reps in pursuing Lattice’s business goals. You will help our teams deliver value to customers through Lattice’s innovative platform and suite of products. You know what great customer conversations look and sound like, and you’re able to be a credible coach, consultant, and operator to ensure our GTM teams are as effective as they can be. You seamlessly and flexibly collaborate on multiple workstreams and projects.
What You Will Do
- Design, plan, build, and deliver compelling enablement for a distributed hybrid team that’s bringing Lattice’s multi-product HR Tech platform (Lattice HRIS, Payroll & Talent Suite) to market
- Partner with GTM leaders, front-line managers, reps and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address GTM roadblocks
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM teams are well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators
- Develop and deliver Product Enablement programs to ensure the GTM teams thoroughly understand product updates and can effectively communicate value to customers
- Connect dots across the business to create clarity in inherently ambiguous situations and translate complex information into actionable insights
- Define success metrics, then monitor and report on the effectiveness of Enablement initiatives to ensure they contribute to the overall success of the GTM strategy
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (think interactive workshops, bite-sized online modules, and ongoing coaching)
- Foster a collaborative environment within the GTM Enablement team, leveraging diverse strengths skillsets to achieve shared goals
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in sales enablement
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 6-8+ years of progressive, professional experience, with a combination of selling, product marketing, sales management, learning & development, and enablement experience preferred
- Experience in a multi-product HR Technology company is strongly preferred, specifically in HRIS and payroll technology
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver fully executed programs and resources that resonate with target audiences
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating engaging, impactful training sessions for groups ranging from small and cohesive to large and multifunctional
- Impeccable organization and prioritization skills to accommodate multiple projects and programs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams and levels to build alignment, get buy-in, and drive decision-making
- A collaborative and enthusiastic spirit
- A strong bias for action
- Fluency in GTM business metrics, and ability to leverage them in order to pursue project, program effectiveness, and team goals
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Knowledge Management Systems, and Project Management Systems.
- Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for colleagues, customers, and the business

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $103,000 - $161,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
