  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to execute projects effectively
  • Analyze and design lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production and facility equipment and machinery
  • Implement strategies to improve quality and productivity
  • Coordinate with design engineering and manufacturing teams on product launch activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines
  • Develop operational budgets and control costs within budget
  • Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and systems to improve processes
