  • Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of closing large complex enterprise deals.
  • Atlassian technology knowledge and experience is a huge plus.
  • Proven track record working in B2B environments/marketsplaces.
  • Experience in working with Tech or IT Services companies.
  • Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Competency in the typical back office support tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work hybrid and visit customer's office as required
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their focus, anticipating their needs, and solving their problems.
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.
  • Generate leads, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plans.
  • Close opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM and accounts plans for customers and prospects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to improve customers' experience.
  • Stay current with ServiceRocket's offerings and industry trends.
  • Host product demonstrations, webinars and other online events to educate customers and prospects.
  • Illustrate the value of ServiceRocket's products and services to create growth opportunities.
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings.
  • Research and assist with program development for existing customers and new prospects
