  • Must work with all roles of the Maar Financial Group, represent the organization with external clients, and cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations.
  • Background verification is required; fingerprints are required for FINRA registration and submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
  • Persons with securities registrations must maintain outside brokerage accounts at one of the firms designated by TIMI under its Outside Securities Accounts Policy.
Responsibilities
  • Provide client service and advisor support by answering client questions about insurance and financial accounts.
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation, forms, and financial-account transactions.
  • Support projects and administer various programs.
  • Assist with drafting financial plans and reports.
  • Contact clients about service-related matters.
  • Participate in occasional marketing events, which may occur outside business hours.
  • Work with a Financial Advisor on business and marketing plans to acquire, cultivate, and retain members; conduct prospecting and marketing; prepare cases and proposals; generate referrals; and build community with members and prospects.
